Food Tour

A Journey through Flavors & Traditions

Your Roman food adventure begins in Campo de’ Fiori, where the morning market bursts with colors and aromas. You taste juicy seasonal fruit, sample aged pecorino, and nibble on slices of porchetta carved fresh from the roast.
From there, you wander into the Jewish Ghetto, one of Rome’s most historic culinary districts. A local trattoria serves you the iconic carciofo alla giudia—a crispy fried artichoke that shatters like a flower made of gold. You follow it with a bite of supplì, the classic Roman rice ball with a molten mozzarella heart.
Cross the Tiber into Trastevere, you stop at a tiny bakery for warm pizza bianca sprinkled with sea salt and brushed with olive oil. Simple, perfect, Roman.
Lunch brings you to a family-run osteria where you choose between the great Roman pastas: cacio e pepe, amatriciana, carbonara, or gricia. The chef explains the secrets—pecorino, guanciale, and technique passed down through generations.

The tour ends with a slow stroll to a traditional gelateria, where you taste gelato made only with natural ingredients. Pistachio from Bronte, hazelnut from Piedmont, or a bright seasonal fruit sorbetto.
